What Time Is Check-In / Check-Out?

Check-In is very easy. You will receive the address, wi-fi and door code via your guest portal prior to your arrival. All you need to do is arrive to the property you rented at check-in time and make yourselves at home!

Unless agreed in advance, failure to depart by 10AM Check-Out may result in a $75.00 fee to be charged for each one-half (1/2) hour that a Guest occupies the Premises after the check-out time. Late check-out requests are accommodated when possible, but not guaranteed. Please send us an email or give us a call with your request.

What Is The Cancellation Policy?

A $500 deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance for the reservation will be charged 14 days prior to your check-in date.

Cancellations made up to 30 days prior to arrival will be refunded 100% of the deposit, less the non-refundable $79 Service Fee.

Cancellations made up to 14 days prior to arrival will be refunded 50% of the deposit, less the non-refundable $79 Service Fee.

Cancellations made within 14 days prior to arrival are not eligible for a refund.

Can I pay by check or money order?

Yes! To pay by check or money order, please email or call us to book your reservation directly.

I only want to stay one night, why can't I book?

Our rentals require a two-night minimum. However, you can contact us and request a one-night stay. We may be able to make exceptions based on availability and seasonality.

What Basic Supplies Do You Provide For Our Stay?

Guest is renting a privately-owned, fully-furnished home that has been equipped to satisfy the particular taste and desires of the owner.

Our goal is to provide you with basic items to get you started for your stay:

Travel sized shampoo, conditioner, bath soap and hand soap
Toilet paper in each bathroom
Paper towels
Laundry detergent
Dish detergent and sponge
Kitchen trash bags

*We also have toothbrushes, shaving kits, shower caps and other amenities available should you need them. Please contact our office and we'll be glad to help!

Do you have a Pack 'n Play available?

Yes! Pack 'n Plays are available for an additional fee of $50 per reservation. You can add the pack 'n play to your reservation at checkout upon booking, or anytime in your Guest Portal. You can also call our office if you've already checked in.

What Linens Are Provided?

We provide all bedroom, bathroom & kitchen linens and towels!

Our beds are cleanly made with a sheet set, quilt and/or blanket and/or duvet, and pillows.

Bathrooms are stocked with plenty of bath towels, hand towels and wash cloths

Kitchen drying towels are provided

Do I Need To Bring Propane for the BBQ?

No! You do not need to bring propane. All of our BBQs that use gas have a propane tank that we regularly refill. If your BBQ runs out of propane, please reach out to our office at 530-836-1100 or via the Guest Portal, and we will replace the tank as soon as reasonably possible.

Are Pets Allowed?

We have (4) properties that are Pet Friendly with a non refundable $150 pet fee:

To book with your pet, either call us directly, or select a pet-friendly property on our website, and click the "Pet Fee" box at check out. For properties requiring prior approval, please email or call us with the request.

We suggest bringing your pet's bedding as pets are prohibited from being on furniture or beds.

If pet hair is found on furniture or beds, Renter will be subject to a non-refundable cleaning fee of $100.

Towels belonging to the Premises are not to be used on pets.

Visiting pets are not allowed.

We love our fur friends but enforce a strict NO-Pet Policy on our other properties.

If an unauthorized pet is at the Premises, or found to have been at the Premises,

(a) Renter shall immediately be subject to a non-refundable penalty of $100, in addition to the standard pet fee of $150.

(b) Renter shall be responsible for all damage caused by, and all incidental costs related to the pet; and

(c) Renter and Guests may be required to leave the Premises immediately.

Do you have a Gym?

Graeagle Fitness is a wonderful gym with the latest equipment and amenities, conveniently located in downtown Graeagle behind Herb Rowe Park.

Simply visit this page for more information. You can download the Graeagle Fitness app from your smartphone’s app store. From there you can choose your plan and enter payment info. The app will have a barcode that can be scanned to open the gym door.

Is Parking included?

All properties include two (2) designated parking spaces for your convenience.

What are your checkout procedures?

If any furnishings were rearranged, please return to it’s original location
Summer season: turn off all thermostats
Winter/Cold season: please turn all thermostats to 50
Turn off all inside and outside lights
Unplug small appliances
Please ensure the BBQ, along with all utensils have been left clean
Remove all food from the refrigerator
Place all used towels next to or on top of washing machine
Leave beds unmade
Please travel home safely!

What is your Lost and Found Policy?

Graeagle Getaways is not responsible for any items left behind at a property. If you believe you have forgotten an item at one of our vacation homes, please contact our office at 530-836-1100. We will attempt to locate the item for you, and if found, return it via USPS Priority Mail. The minimum charge for this service is $25.

What is your Damage Policy?

If Graeagle Getaways deems there is damage to a property by guests, we reserve the right to charge your payment on file for the cost of repairs, maintenance or extraordinary cleaning (beyond standard cleaning covered by regular cleaning fee), as stipulated in your Rental Agreement.

Where is your Office Located?

6984 Highway 89, Graeagle, CA 96103. Our office is located at the entrance of Graeagle Meadows development approximately 1/4 mile south of the Graeagle village.

From Bay Area / Sacramento: Head east of Interstate 80 and proceed north at Truckee on Highway 89 approximately 45 minutes. We are the first entrance past the Graeagle Meadows Golf Course.

From Reno: Travel north on Highway 395 and exit on Highway 70. Continue for approximately 30 minutes and turn left onto Highway 89. Continue through the Graeagle village and our rental office is located just south of downtown Graeagle.
